Emotional Eating Workshop Info This 6 part workshop series delves into the way our emotions unconsciously lock us into soothing discomforts by eating. Working through emotional connections from the past through the present lead us to a peaceful relationship with food. Make it easy to stick to whatever diet system you are working with.
