how many pages of info you get. The weight loss industry was a 67 billion dollar
market in 2008. There are hundreds of books, pills and diets and even surgery to fix
the problem.   Research is showing one of the biggest issues with weight loss
success is our emotions.   Food is our favorite soother for so many negative
emotions.  For many of us, food was/is love. As children, we may have been given
'treats' to distract us or when we were good so we associate food with rewards and
feeling good. Our bodies over time develop an addiction to the fast, feel good of high
carb food and our emotions want to know we are OK or good. We connect this
comfort to many unconscious aspects of our lives.  All of this bombards us from a
subconscious level leaving us frustrated and feeling guilty for failing again through
relapse after we were doing so well.
